According to Forbes' latest list of the "World's Richest People," Silicon Valley execs Lawrence Ellison of Oracle, Sergey Brin and Larry Page of Google, and Jeffrey Skoll of Ebay top the Bay Area's billionaire roster. Over the past year alone, the net worth of the Bay Area's billionaires increased by a whopping 33%, from 85 billion to 112.9 billion dollars.
