The Iraq Public Diplomacy Group, composed of staff from the upper echelons of the US government, is prepared to lead the charge in the battle for the world's mind and opinion. The group is apparently going to produce anti-Saddam Hussein propaganda and provide "expert" analysis to reporters and journalists in the Middle East. UPI report

None of this should come as a surprise, however, as the first war against Iraq was met with such support in the US at least in part because of the millions spent on PR firm Hill & Knowlton's message-crafting and opinion-molding for the US government.
