February 25th Meeting to Plan for April Anti-War Events
Anti-War Leadership Announces Public Meeting to Unite the Movement
On February 5th, over 90 antiwar groups and individuals met to see if they could work together in the Bay Area under
the banner of "Stop the War in Iraq! Bring all the
Troops Home Now! And plan for a mass action
in New York on April 29, 2006... and plan an event in the Bay Area" for those who
can't go to New York. A public meeting for all who agreed with the group's basic goals was held on Saturday, February
25th.
