However, the CIA has also funded some startup companies through a nonprofit organization it created that is called In-Q-Tel a.k.a. ‘IQT.’ Some of the companies funded by the CIA and In-Q-Tel a.k.a. ‘IQT,’ are making political campaign contributions, that may be affecting the outcome some of our elections, and politicians.
That’s right. Reportedly, “The CIA doesn't just gather intelligence—it plays venture capitalist. Through its fund In-Q-Tel, the agency provided early backing to Palantir, Google Earth, and a $40 billion AI giant.
Launched in 1999 to bridge the gap between Silicon Valley and the intelligence community, In-Q-Tel invests in early-stage startups. Instead of looking for purely financial returns, the goal is to get cutting-edge technology into the hands of the government. Several of these strategic bets grew into industry titans, including Palantir Technologies, Anduril Industries, and Planet Labs.”
Anduril Industries.
According to public records with the Federal Election Commission (FEC), during 2025-2026, the CIA/IQT funded company Anduril Industries, INC., Political Action Committee (Andurill PAC), has disbursed around $186,400 political campaign contributions including $1,500 to Magaziner for Congress, $1,000 to Deb Fischer for Congress, $1,000 to Collins for Senator, $2,000 to Catherine Cortez Masto for Senate, $1,000 to Abe for Arizona, $,1,000 to the Reed Committee, $1,000 to Stanton for Congress, $1,000 to McGuire for Virginia, $2,000 for Elfreth for Maryland, $1,000 to Cotton for Senate, $1,000 to Banks for Senate, $2,000 to Alex Padilla for Senate, $1,000 for Garbarino for Congress, $1,500 to Texans for Henry Cuellar Congressional Campaign, $1,000 to Wicker for Senate, $1,000 to Celeste for Congress, $1,000 to Alaskans for Dan Sullivan, $2,000 to Friends of Mark Warner, $1500 to Gabe Amo for Congress, $2,000 to Susie Lee for Congress, $2,000 for Himes for Congress, $1,500 to George Whitesides for Congress, $2,000 for Katherine Clark for Congress, plus many other campaign contributions made by the CIA/IQT funded company Anduril Industries, INC., Political Action Committee (Andurill PAC).
Additionally, according to public records with the FEC, Luckey Palmer the co-founder of the CIA/IQT funded company Anduril Industries, INC., has made millions of dollars in campaign contributions to many Republicans.

According to public records with the Federal Election Commission (FEC), during 2025-2026, ‘Employees of Palantir Technologies INC. PAC, raised $82,414,41, and contributed $79,464.41., including a $5,000 to DCCC on 5/13/2026, $2,500 to Lisa McClain for Congress, $6,883 to Sean Slattery, $2,500 to Womack for Congress, $5,000 to with Honor PAC, $1,500 to Serve America PAC, $5,000 to Rob Wittman for Congress, $3,000 to Brit for Alabama INC., $2,500 to Mullin for America, $1,000 to Pete Aguilar for Congress, $5,000 to Ken Calvert for Congress Committee, $5,000 to Cole for Congress, a $5,000 contribution to Texans for Senator John Cornyn INC., $5,000 to DCCC, $5,000 to Team Graham INC., and $2,500 to Friends of Mark Warner, plus many other campaign contributions.
That’s right, the employees of the CIA funded Palantir Technologies through ‘IQT’ have made thousands of dollars of campaign contributions during 2025-2026.
Planet Labs
Planet Labs, a CIA/IQT funded company has hired the lobbying firm called Caliber Strategies, to lobby the California Governor’s Office, Air Resources Board, Natural Resources Agency, and Office of Emergency Services. Reportedly, “Planet Labs PBC (formerly Planet Labs, Inc. known as "Planet.", is a publicly traded American Earth imaging company based in San Francisco, California. Planet Labs PBC, known as "Planet.", is a publicly traded American Earth imaging company based in San Francisco, California. Their goal is to image the entirety of the Earth daily to monitor changes and pinpoint trends.” Reportedly in 2024, “Planet Labs PBC has invested $722,150 in federal lobbying since 2016, in an effort to get the attention of greedy politicians.”
In-Q-Tel INC. a.k.a. IQT
According to the website for In-q-tel INC. a.k.a. IQT, in part it says, “IQT is the most trusted leader in accelerating the transition of groundbreaking technologies from the private to the public sector to advance the national security and economic prosperity of America and its allies. Set up in 1999 by the CIA as an independent, not-for-profit strategic investment firm, we’ve spent a quarter century building unparalleled expertise that we draw on to help startups adapt their highly innovative products in ways that both maximize mission impact for our government partners and enhance the companies' commercial success.”
Reportedly, “Since its inception in 1999, the CIA’s ‘IQT’ nonprofit organization has backed more than 800 startups, transitioned over 500 technologies into active government use, and collaborated with more than 3,000 co-investors worldwide.”
That’s right. The CIA and its nonprofit organization ‘IQT’ has been backing and funding hundreds of startup companies that have been winning major contracts with the corrupt convicted felon President Donald J. Trump regime.
Ten of In-Q-Tel’s most active portfolio companies in 2024 reportedly are the following: D-Wave Quantum; Cerebras Systems; SandboxAQ; Databricks; Anduril Industries; Groq; Skydio; Fortanix; ICEYE; and Cohesity.

Skydio INC., funded by the CIA’s ‘IQT’ nonprofit organization, hired Cruz Strategies, LLC ( steve [at] cruzstrategies.com ), as their lobbying firm in California.
Anduril Industries. Reportedly, “Palmer Luckey, co-founder of weapons manufacturer Anduril Industries, a CIA backed ’IQT’ funded company, has been winning huge contracts from the Trump regime, and reportedly has donated $5.9m to Republicans since 2017.”
That’s right. The CIA and the federal government is using our tax dollars to invest in startup companies that may be of interest to federal government agencies. Reportedly, “IQT’s unique approach pairing high-tech problem solvers with government challenges has produced impactful solutions for the CIA; NGA; FBI; DIA; NSA; NRO; DHS (including CBP and other DHS components); U.S. Cyber Command; the Office of Strategic Capital; the U.K. and Australian national intelligence communities; U.S. Central Command; U.S. Space Force; and U.S. Space Command.”
According to the most recent 990 tax filing in 2025 for IQT, after subtracting their liabilities from their assets, it had net assets or a fund balance of $880,418,066. IQT’s CEO, Steve Bowsher, raked in a whopping $2,436,535 in 2025, plus $1,520,309 in other compensation.
As reported in an IQT 2023 990 tax filing, IQT made a grant to the CIA Officers Memorial Foundation (COMF) of $1,874,662, to provide support to the families of CIA officers who have died while on active duty.
Additionally, IQT also made a grant of $40,000 to the OSS Society https://www.osssociety.org/ , and a grant of $17,500 to the Spookstock Foundation, of Leesburg, VA.
According to the last 990 tax filing for the Spookstock Foundation in 2024, it says that it had gross receipts of $5,080,216, and after subtracting their liabilities from their assets it had a fund balance of $424.361. The organization mission is to “Seek the flourishing of ’Shadow Warriors’ and their families. Pack Fancher was the Executive Director/CEO in 2024, and made $237,500 in salary that year.
