Family law and divorce can be particularly hard to navigate. There can come up a lot of questions about your children, your safety, your immigration status, and how to navigate the divorce process when you don't have access to funds. For people on dependent visas, and for survivors of abuse, the cost of asking the wrong person can feel higher than the cost of staying silent.

The India Community Center, the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Silicon Valley (APABA SV), and the South Asian Bar Association of Northern California (SABA-NC) are co-hosting a free virtual workshop with two California attorneys who work with these issues directly.
Speakers:

Jaya Reddy, CFLS — Certified California Family Law Specialist
Robert Uy — Experienced California Attorney
