Prologis' 3600 Alameda Ave Development Poisons Community & Environment

There is evidence suggesting environmental air monitoring data for this site has been tampered with, or tactically removed at certain times, to avoid showing the truth. For starters, there are not enough monitors to accurately cover all activities at the huge site, and monitors have often been removed before work is done. Additionally, air monitoring is not done at night or on weekends, when dust is still blowing towards homes.

Almost everyone with real power is in bed with Prologis. City inspectors, private environmental monitoring firms, air quality inspectors, so far all capitulate to the Wall Street demons.

All complaints have been quickly shuffled aside, or the facts on complaints completely misrepresented to the County and Water Board.

The perpetrators claim their monitor data is a magic bullet, somehow absolving themselves of cumulative dust pollution. They write the checks for Apex Companies, LLC, who filter the truth and craft a greener narrative. Prologis is using this data to deny the validity of complaints in ways that are an insult to our intellect.

Under "site maps/documents", these weekly summary reports show air monitor data, as well as logs of community complaints. Those who complained have noted their stories not being shared accurately in these reports.

Additionally, the crooks in charge have not placed adequate signage in the community, often with nothing in Spanish. Still, there is no Mandarin language sign now, and the current bilingual signs are fully obstructed when the gate they're mounted to is open.

As demonstrated in the report below, there is no air monitor data for Jan 6th at 4:38PM: the exact time the video of irresponsible wall-dropping was captured. Why? Because Apex took the monitors down before that occurred, with the last data entry logged a full hour beforehand.

This is not the only incident where no monitors were running while a massive violation occurred. We have more videos that show no or suspiciously clean monitor data, despite a serious violation being documented. How could a nuclear winter type plume show nothing abnormal at all on the monitors? Fraudsters made it look clean, but the record shows otherwise. That video will be uploaded fairly soon.

The arrogance of those involved may be their downfall. Truly, these arguments are a stretch at best. They blame anything but the demo site for the fugitive dust, and use a narrow slice of monitor data on one day as "proof". The dust builds up across multiple days, with differing wind conditions. They have left a dusty mess across the entire site, so regardless of what building was being demo'ed at the time of complaint, dust is coming from multiple areas across the site.

They even said "high winds" were to blame for the videos of dust blowing off site. As though they did not negligently create conditions for it in the first place!

Well done, Prologis. Just blame nature for the mess, and continue to gaslight and bully this disadvantaged community. SHAME!

My bad, that wall was dropped at about 4:00, not later. Still, Apex failed to have air monitoring running- I wonder how many other air quality violations they committed in this way. This isn’t the only documentation proving they continued to work, and work recklessly, while no air monitors were watching.

Not that the number of monitors they have is enough to give a good idea of their pollution- Apex even has the authority to reposition monitors however they want, so, in theory, could move them strategically to hide pollution.

The monitors have already been weaponized against us in an attempt to deny wrongdoing. They are not shields, but liability defense spikes.

These companies and people are sick.
