Join the FREE virtual Caregivers Count! 13th Annual Conference 2023 tailored specifically for family or informal caregivers who are caring for older adults.
Our annual conference supports families and friends caring for their loved ones with expert speakers who will cover a variety of practical caregiving topics. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from informative speakers as well as senior service agencies to learn about supportive services in Santa Clara County.
To make it easier for busy caregivers to attend, the conference will be held from 10 am to 12 pm on four consecutive Saturdays: September 9, 16, 23 and 30.
