 tailored specifically for family or informal caregivers who are caring for 
 older adults.\n\nOur annual conference supports families and friends caring 
 for their loved ones with expert speakers who will cover a variety of 
 practical caregiving topics. Attendees will have the opportunity to hear 
 from informative speakers as well as senior service agencies to learn about 
 supportive services in Santa Clara County.\n\nTo make it easier for busy 
 caregivers to attend, the conference will be held from 10 am to 12 pm on 
 four consecutive Saturdays: September 9, 16, 23 and 30.\n\nFeel free to 
 sign up for one or more sessions - we'd love to see you at all of
