Say NO to Nukes, NO to Fascism, No to Trump/Pence Nightmare!

Many of the sponsors of Refuse Fascism you will recognize by name. This dedicated core of resisters represents a movement too righteous to suppress. Many millions of people living in the United States are sick at heart about the inauguration of racism, national chauvinism, and hatred of women promised on January 20th, 2017. We need ever greater numbers of people committed to stopping the ascent of fascism in America, yes, and we're recruiting broadly to that end.

We depend on individual initiative to challenge Trump collaborators we encounter in daily life. We endorse the safety pin campaign; representations of solidarity are needed and good. The various minorities targeted by Trump must know we have their backs. But we must also be ready to stand against the protagonists of conciliation and accommodation to the illegitimate presidency of Donald Trump. . . to those who would have us "get along" with the president-elect to ensure a smooth transition of power. "Because we are now all rooting for his success," said Obama, "We all want what's best for this country."

NO! In the Name of Humanity, We REFUSE to Accept a Fascist America!

She said the majority of the stage crew were supporters of the president-elect but a large part of the rest of the staff is liberal.

"It's the ensemble. It's the people in our wardrobe and hair department, some of whom are transgender," she said.
As the article states, the Rockettes will NOT be performing for the latest Hitler to possibly occupy the White House. However, if the stage crew, which is usually male since they are expected to move heavy objects, supports Trump, this is further verification of the problem we face in this backward country. Men of all colors and classes supported Trump despite the fact that the Green Party and often a socialist party were on the ballot. New York was one of 47 states with the Green Party on the ballot, with an excellent candidate, Jill Stein. However, Jill Stein is female, as is Hillary Clinton. The stench of male chauvinism permeated this election. Any woman who voted for Trump who is not a millionaire is profoundly stupid and is guilty of catering to male chauvinism and supporting racism. For more on these backward people, see

This writer is a woman and a worker and is horrified that any worker and any woman would even think of supporting Trump. However, I do have a 57 year memory of politics in this country and am not surprised. This country is all about hate and not getting anything done. The rest of the industrialized world has had socialized medicine for decades, including all of Europe, Israel, Cuba, Canada, Venezuela, Chile, China, Taiwan, Japan, North and South Korea, Australia and New Zealand. Most of the world, not just all of Europe, has abolished the death penalty.

If we have a serious general strike on January 20, 2017, I will know that something has changed. It will take a labor movement capable of carrying out a general strike to abolish the profit motive to put an end to the cause of all our grief: the private profit system.
We are 100% volunteer and depend on your participation to sustain our efforts!
