Discover a practice that can make profound changes in body, mind, and spirit that no other exercise can bring.
Yoga for EveryBody is a wonderful opportunity to explore yoga's mind/body/breath connection. It allows everyone, from the beginner to advanced students, to experience the joy, power and serenity of yoga.
FREE Yoga for EveryBody is to promote yoga as a healthy lifestyle choice which provides immense all-round benefits to mind and body. This 1 hours yoga session participants experience first-hand how yoga helps to:

• calm the mind
• increase energy and vitality
