 The soundtrack of the movie "The Fog of War  " features the life of former Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara. He served under President Kennedy and Johnson. He reflects on his part in the bombing of Tokyo, the Cuban Missile Crisis, and the Vietnam War.
This film could have been titled "The Evil That Men Do". McNamara talks about war crimes he and others have committed.
