Public Hearing for one of the students charged in the student activism of 2009
The first hearing for the students facing student conduct charges due to student activism last year was held on Wed, Oct 27th, 2010. The discrepancies of the code by which the UC Berkeley Student Conduct Office determines university policy was brought to the public's attention, in a lengthy, but lively, student conduct hearing.
Laura Zelko and her legal advisor, Boalt student Carmen Comsti, successfully shed light on the unprofessional and faulty code that UC Berkeley has been using to determine student conduct policy.

UC Berkeley is orchestrating a NEW McCarthyism for the 2000'w. What a transparent violation of the civil rights of adult American citizens, aided and abetted by the fascist UCPD things with badges!
This is sickening!
