Magistrate Judge Seeborg orders handwriting samples of AETA4
Short update on the AETA4 case
On November 13, Magistrate Judge Seeborg ordered all four defendants to provide handwriting exemplars to the FBI within thirty days. The government's response motion alluded to allegations of numers found notes relation to animal torture. The government also wrote that there is a pending investigation of "similar crimes" committed through the use of the United States Postal Service.
