Lennar's plan linked with Proposition G meets hurdles so too at Hunters Point Shipyard.

At Candlestick Point initially Senator Mark Leno wanted to swap the Candlestick Park by the Candlestick Stadium in San Francisco for some very toxic land near E2 one the worst toxic parcels at Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. This plan is in keeping with Proposition G but it will FAIL.

Well, Senator Mark Leno who has done nothing much for the constituents of San Francisco in Sacramento is now back tracking. Some of us put too much pressure of this fake Representative who thought he could get away with murder. Not so this time - you are exposed with your pants down and your hands in the cookie jar.

Senator Mark Leno is proposing that Lennar a Rogue Developer buy Candlestick Park. I have news for the Senator this action will set some "fire works" and the fake Senator will repent that he ever chose to represent this initiative Senate Bill 792 on behalf of Lennar, a Rogue Developer.

Lennar has forced Vallejo to declare bankruptcy.

Lennar promised to build over 10,000 homes on Mare Island. The City of Vallejo counted on the tax increment but nothing came of it. Last year Vallejo declared bankruptcy and so did Lennar. The world knows about this but the Mayor of San Francisco Gavin Newsom, Senator Diane Feinstein, Congressperson Nancy Pelosi, the Pacific Height Mafia do not want to see defeat and keep forcing others to do as they please on Hunters Point Naval Shipyard, Parcel A, at Treasure Island, and of Candlestick Point.

Let me state this scenario is simple words - the land belongs to the Ohlone - the First People of San Francisco. It was stolen from them. Nothing good will happen on any land that has been poisoned and more prone to liquefaction and flooding. Each of the properties I have mentioned above - are prone to liquefaction, flooding, and what is more total destruction.

Lennar has defaulted on Parcel A. The Main Press does not have the guts to study the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA). Has not studied the time-lines that have been defaulted upon on Parcel A.

On the Candlestick Point area - some 45 acres - there is NO Environmental Impact Study, less a Transportation Document, and what is essential to any development and that the law mandates - an Economic Analysis.

Only in San Francisco aided by the Pacific Heights Mafia, and the San Francisco Board of Supervisors the few that side with the Mayor of San Francisco - every investigation, every permit, every time-line is NOT being studied. Well, Lennar will fail and drown in the cesspool of its own making.

As the Proponent of Proposition F and so was Jim Queen - on behalf to the community of the Bayview Hunters Point and all San Franciscans we demanded fifty percent affordable housing at Candlestick Point after clean up. Had Proposition F passed - we could have used the Stimulus Package and the constituents of San Francisco would have benefited.

Not so with Proposition G with Senator Diane Feinstein, Gavin Newsom, Sophie Maxwell, and James Bryant lending their signatures to an initiative by Aurelious Walker and one or two other sell outs that I have named before.

Proposition G is not going anywhere. So Calvin Jones, Angelo King, Linda Richardson, Willie B. Kennedy, Doris Vincent, Gary Banks, Amos Brown, and a few other clowns all sell outs - and now in shock, realizing for the first time that they misunderstood, sold their souls, but what is more have BLOOD on their hands.

Lennar paid these fools to sell their souls - now the well has dried. But, this in not all these sell outs will have to face the constituents and they cannot run away from reality.

At the Community for Opportunities Center also known as the Alice Griffith Opportunity Center at Double Rock the Property Manager Sister Stephanie Hughes has been relieved of her duties. But, what is more disgusting the locks of the Center have been changed. Why?

We see the same with the Bayview Opera House the Director has left. Confusion reigns supreme at the Potrero Hill Public Housing, Hunters View with a few sell out pandering to the Mayor of San Francisco and the John Stewart Company.The same at Sunnydale - those in charge of San Francisco Housing Authority Property are scared and tremble as did the House Negros of yester years - when the Masta said something.

Recently the Housing Authority tried to take on the Nation of Islam. The Nation of Islam has gone out of its way and beyond its call of duty of help the community. Up at 195 Kiska Road the Housing Authority spurred by Amos Brown mostly and the Caligula that make his abode in Room 200 at City Hall - took the Nation of Islam and the Center for Self Improvement to court. These scoundrels wanted to close down the school that embraces all faiths in the community and send most everyone to college.

You should have been there to witness the Judge dismiss the three case - that the SF Housing Authority and others wasted thousands of dollars. This slap on the face - should reveal to the SF Housing Authority to make its own decisions and not to take the lead from corrupt individuals like Amos Brown who purports to be the President of the NAACP and has done NOTHING much for people of color. This shameless individual is the laughing stock in circles where the sane and intelligent people gather. Amos Brown is a pathetic liar and what is more has no moral standards.

Proposition G is going no where. Recently Senator Diane Feinstein dealt a blow to all UNIONS.Well, the time has come for the UNION to join us and stop voting and supporting the Zionist Diane Feinstein.

Mayor Gavin Newsom is feeling the heat - especially when it come to the poor performance of Lenanr that is NOT keeping its time-line on Parcel A. As I said if Lennar does not keep its time-line as stated in the Disposition and Development Agreement - it is in default.
