Lennar is NOT making any progress so it is trying to hoodwink the PUBLIC at large with California Senate Bill 792 that will fail. Basically, Lennar wants to buy the Candlestick Park area and thinks that the people will stand for this bloody act. At Hunters Point Naval Shipyard it has been exposed so widely that is wants to cut its losses and leave down. We spoke about this a long time ago - this Rogue Developer will drown in the cesspool of its own making.
