Two and a half hour walk and talk through SF's historic newspaper district, taking up the stories of labor activist and feminist Kate Kennedy (1827-1890), Liberator of China Sun Yat-sen (1866-1925), and American social philosopher Henry George (1839-1897). Using the Financial District as a historic backdrop, this walk takes up land use issues, class divisions, race segmentation, and housing wars as grist for a provocative perspective on being human.
