Haymarket Books brings the Resisting Empire speaking tour to San Francisco. Sponsored by Students Against War, Bay Area Iraq Veterans Against War, and Radical Students.

Iraq war resister Camilo Mejia will be speaking. He was one of the first to resist redeployment and serve jail time for his objections. He is now the chair of Iraq Veterans Against War. His book is Road from Ar Ramadi:the Private Rebellion of Staff Sgt. Mejia.

In addition, Aaron Glantz will be speaking. Along with members of IVAW, he compiled the Winter Soldier testimonies.

Please join us for this event.

$5 suggested donation (proceeds will go to both the Campus Antiwar Network and IVAW)
No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
