Join us for a night of music, art, poetry, and short films by local artists in celebration of our history, culture, and independence.
This is a free event.
Mid-September is a very important time for Mexico and Central America because it symbolizes the efforts of resistance to be liberated from Spanish-rule. While ongoing efforts of resistance are still going on these areas, this poetry in action, from a diverse group of readers, in addition to music, and art will celebrate the struggle of people to be free.
