Scientology is contrary to everything our nation stands for. It is coercive, oppressive, tyrannical and founded on ignorance. To destroy, though, will mean more than bad publicity--they have to start losing money. We need a class action suit on behalf of everyone who has ever given them a dime.

Get used to your cult and its idiotic attempts at manipulation being countered at every turn. Gone are the days of your ilk manipulating the media and intimidating critics into silence.

What Anon is doing right now is great stuff. We are putting a serious disruption to their income stream. Several Anons are exScinos who, instead of leaving, are staying behind and providing us with info. In England alone, since Feb 08, income is down 60%. Worldwide, it's down 45%.

However, even if we completely stop their current income, they have accumulated huge fixed assets over the years (mainly in property). Enough, if the that fixed capital is liquidised, to sustain them for an awfully long time. We need to strike at the heart of the Dark Empire. This can be achieved in 3 ways. Firstly, remove their tax exemption status (imagine the tax bill on all that land). Secondly, we need national security organisations in several countries across the Western world to investigate them (like Germany does) and thirdly, we need not one but several class action lawsuits (one for exscinokids, one for physical abuse, one for bait&switch fraud etc.).

I think Terryeo is actually pretty cool. He does not "attack the messenger," which of course is the only thing Scilons know how to do. He just disagrees. I respect that, although I think he's incorrect.

Funny thing is -- I *have* given Scientology's doctrine a fair shake. I've read thousands of pages of Hubbard's writings... listened to over a hundred hours of his spoken words...

...and the end result: he was CLEARLY a charlatan.

He pretended to be a great scientific mind. An expert on radiation and astronomy. Thing is... it was quite easy to pull the wool over people's eyes years ago when little was known about cosmology or nuclear physics.

These days? Not so simple. His statements about the nature of radiation and constructs like the Van Allen belt weren't just a little off the mark. They are laughably outrageous, and obviously the product of a trickster who was trying to wow a then ignorant audience.

"Photons" cause radioactive heat? Puh-lease.

Anyone with a sixth-grade education will laugh out loud when listening to LRH's nonsense.

Perhaps that's why Scientologists put so little value in "traditional" education. Real science is at direct odds with the nonsense that LRH fed his sheep. Same goes for real sciences, like psychiatry and psychology -- that demand empirical evidence and adhere to scientific method. No wonder LRH rabidly opposed these fields: they clearly showed his crackpot methodology to be worthless drivel.

Here are some interesting facts, from Dec 1999 study by the Justice Policy Institute:
o There are presently 2,000,000 Americans in jail, mostly for non-violent "offenses".
o The US has the world's highest incarceration rate, surpassing Russia and China, and the world's largest prison population.
o With less than five percent of the world's population, the US now has fully one-quarter of the world's prisoners.
o There are six times as many Americans behind bars as are imprisoned in the 12 countries making up the entire European Union, even though those countries have 100 million more citizens than the US.
o Nearly one in three African American boys born this year will spend some time in prison.



The Federal United States government and all the State governments and all of their agencies and subdivisions such as the city, county, boroughs and townships and banks are corporations.

One of these methods is how to strike back when the government abuses their rights.

The method I like the best is the UCC method of using the common law or what was once called Constitution Law before this government changed it into Statutory Law and Case Law made by the judges themselves.

Remember this well known fact: Judges, politicians and Lawyer Politicians and lawyers can and are bought all the time—now they are inventing new laws to suit their rich masters.

In 1976, Congress took away any semblance of law or justice left within our court system. All law today is now construed, constructed and made up by the judge as it happens before your very eyes.

There is no law today except as fiction of copyrighted statutes, to be interpreted by 'judges' who construe and construct whatever they choose to have those statutes mean.

There are from 50,000 to 75,000 Anti-self-defense or so call Gun Laws, in the USA right now and growing each year.

These sovereign anti-Scientologists can and do use the commercial UCC method to “accept for value” each scientology attack that will bring a “common law” UCC claim/s against them and ruin them and ruin each high profile cult member for life.

From now on, when presented with any "claim" or presentment from government or a cult or even a Ronbot, you will agree with it. This removes the "controversy." And you "accept it for value." By doing this you remove the negative claim against your account or court case and become the "holder in due course" of the presentment. As holder in due course you can require the sworn testimony of the presenter of the "claim" under penalty of perjury and request the account or court case be properly adjusted.

It's all business, a commercial undertaking, and the basic procedure is not complicated. In fact, it's fairly simple. We just have to remember a few things, like: this is not a "legal" procedure -we're not playing dog-and-pony. This is commerce, and we play by the rules of commerce. We accept the "claim," become the holder in due course, and challenge whether or not the presenter of the claim had/has the proper authority (the Order) to make the claim (debit our account) in the first place. When they cannot produce the Order (they never can, it was never issued) we request the account be properly adjusted (the charge, the "claim " goes away).

Every attack from Scientology to a living person is a commercial “PRESENTMENT” and can be accepted for value. That means that now they have to prove you are a real SP and they have to prove you have ALL the 12 attributes with actual verifiable and un-disputable PROOF to back up their claims or you can file a claim against the Church and any Staff-Member who dares be a party to false claims against you.

The cult, when it attacks you has to PROVE everything or they will loose commercially and make you rich.

Each Anti-cult person that is classed as an SP on any website belonging to Ronbots or secretly sponsored by the Cult, can bring a commercial claim against the cult and the Ronbot and the cult CAN”T remove the UCC lien which will be the end result. It then must pay or be ruined—that includes taking all the Ronbot’s property and home.

The Cult will make Ronbots “volunteer” to bring lawsuits in their names. They have no idea that if you know your UCC, common-law, and Constitutional rights, you can cause the ruination of that Ronbot for life. The cult is a corporation and as a fictitious corporation it can not take the stand or bring charges against you. The cult needs brainless ronbots to sue you.

When they attack you they are actually willing to give you money. All you have to do is study and know how to accept it for value.

You will be able to learn that in a statutory court, you have no rights, since it is run under laws that are in treason to the Constitution. You must learn to reserve your commercial and Constitution rights to defeat Ronbot lawyers.

When you know HOW to reserve your rights under the UCC and the Constitution-- In any civil court (color of law court) they will need to show a contract that you violated when you reserved your rights and know what to do and say. It is all on the sovereignty websites for you to learn.

If your name appears on the Cult’s website or on any Ronbot’s website —You have just won the lottery. The moment that they list your name and claim you are what you are not — accept it for value and make them prove it or lose millions.

The beauty of the UCC method—is that you don’t need to use attorneys, judges or the Courts to be able to file a UCC common law claim against them—which they can’t remove and must pay you.

LEARN HOW TO ACCEPT ALL “FAIR GAME” ATTACKS FOR VALUE AND BECOME RICH!!!

Any poor ex-scientologist can defend himself against a Brainless Ronbot being used by the Cult to sue you, by knowing the UCC.
