pm Advisory: For Immediate Release April 3, 2008 Contact: Bill Jennings, It's About Time, 916-455-0908 Charlette O'Neal to visit Sacramento on Saturday, April 12, 7 pm (Sacramento) Come meet the incredible Charlotte O'Neal. Charlotte is a poet, artist, musician, community activist and co-founder of the United African Alliance Community Center (UAACC). She and her husband, Pete O'Neal, are former Black Panthers from Kansas City who have lived in Tanzania for over 35 years. They continue to serve their community through the programs of the UAACC that include a school, radio station, recording studio and cultural exchange programs. Charlotte will share her experiences and provide a rich cultural experience with music, poetry and film on Saturday, April 12th, at the Sierra II Community Center, 2791 24th St., Sacramento, at 7PM.
