 incredible Charlotte O'Neal. Charlotte is  \na poet, artist, musician, 
 community activist and co-founder of the  \nUnited African Alliance 
 Community Center (UAACC). She and her  \nhusband, Pete O'Neal, are former 
 Black Panthers from Kansas City who  \nhave lived in Tanzania for over 35 
 years. They continue to serve  \ntheir community through the programs of 
 the UAACC that include a  \nschool, radio station, recording studio and 
 cultural exchange programs.\n\nCharlotte will share her experiences and 
 provide a rich cultural  \nexperience with music, poetry and film on 
 Saturday, April 12th, at  \nthe Sierra II Community Center, 2791 24th St.,
