On May 5th 2006, six community organizers were arrested while holding a rally on immigration and police brutality. The event was supposed to end with a mass copwatch campaign but was interupted by the SJPD in Riot Gear.

The trial begins on November 26th a 9am. We plan to hold a press conference in front of the Hall of (in)Justice with community organizations.

The first to attend Trial is Carlos Padilla, a long time community organizer in San Jose. He now lives in the SACRAMENTO AREA as a Labor Organizer.

Anyone interested in fighting police brutality and ensuring the right to observation should attend.

We need to send a clear message to Police everywhere that we (the people) will not stand for Police Brutality and will fight to end it.
