Dang, Free Skool keeps getting more exciting. 84 classes. Everything from Bicycle Touring to Survival Gourmet to our Free Skool Post-Apocalyptic Survival Weekend.
We need help printing the calendar. If you have printing or copy connections, or have resources to help us print several thousand calendars, please contact us immediately. Please consider donating cash to support printing costs. Use the Donate button on the main menu of the website or simply click here.
We're printed a buttload of paper calendars and will be distributing them. Look for it in cafes, community centers, bulletin boards around town. Reliable locations where you can pick up a paper calendar will be posted on the website.
If you'd like to help distribute the Free Skool calendar, please contact us as soon as you can at freeskoolsc@riseup.net. As usual, we'd especially like to hit the south county, far east and west sides, the beach flats, UCSC, and all the points in between.
About Free Skool Santa Cruz
Free Skool Santa Cruz is a completely grassroots effort, a bunch of individuals deciding to act collectively and autonomously to create a skill-sharing network, a school without institutional control. Classes are informal, egalitarian, and are held in homes, social spaces, and parks. It is your opportunity to learn from others and share what you know, to help create self-reliance, vital communities, and beauty in the world. If you are willing to learn, teach, or help organize Free Skool, then we'd like you to be part of it. We are all students and we are all teachers here.
