New Vegetarian/Vegan Cooking Class

with Chef Alex Bury

If you're a new vegetarian/vegan, this is a great introductory class to learn how to eat healthy, save money, and treat yourself to delicious food!

If you've got non-veg family & friends, this is a perfect gift for them!

If you want to promote a plant-based diet, then help us promote this class by telling your non-veg family & friends about this, and posting flyers where allowed.

Only $10 if you pre-register and $15 at the door. (The sponsoring organization, Bay Area Vegetarians, is the only non-profit teaching vegan cooking classes.)

SPECIAL OFFER - BUY 1, GET 1 FREE! If you bring a new person (not vegetarian) to this class, you'll both attend for the price of one!

Chef Alex will demonstrate how to make recipes that are filling, high in protein and vitamins, low in fat, and inexpensive. In this class we'll make scrumptious, easy recipes that are delicious and and take care of your heart at the same time (no cholesterol!).

You'll sample everything and get free recipe packs with nutrition information to take home.

On the Menu
