Lennar BVHP in deep shit and Mayor Gavin Newsom continues to sell out

Lennar BVHP LLC in the middle of the game in now attempting to change the rules. They are calling for an Emergency Meeting at very short notice to Amend the Diposition and Development Agreement (DDA) which is a legal document.

Mayor Gavin Newsom and a host of mostly Black Sell outs like Sophie Maxwell, Doris Vincent, Willie B. Kennedy, Aurelious Walker, Calvin Jones, the Tabernacle Group - all POVERTY PIMPS - now want to back San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) and that very EVIL woman Marsha Rosen to amend the DDA.

Lennar BVHP LLC facing the current lack of interest in housing and the hurdles of fiscal constraints in the Housing Market - now want all of the housing on Parcel A to be Market Value.

Lennar is famous for building homes on Toxic Grounds, Brown Fields, and very inferior homes. They have done it in Florida, New Mexico, Sacramento, and several other places.

The really want to screw the community and keep poor people out. Mayor Gavin Newsom is a Racist and the worst Racist that has come into the community to screw us over and over again.

Recently Mayor Gavin Newsom, City Attorney, Aaron Peskin, Sophie Maxwell, Jesse Blout, Michael Cohen, Marsha Rosen - worked behind the scenes to invalidate 33,000 plus signatures.

They cannot get away with murder in broad day light and they all have BLOOD on their hands.
THE PEOPLE WILL NEVER BE DEFEATED. WE WILL NOT BE MOVED. WE WILL NOT BE SILENCED. WE DEMAND THE 33,000 SIGNATURES TO BE COUNTED.

The DDA is a legal document. It was pushed by Mayor Willie L. Brown Jr. - having over 40 meetings in a month to make this evil document a reality. The Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) to the Shipyard and Parcel A was expanded from 9 to 26.

Some of us attended all the meetings to monitor the crooks. We know all the crooks and will monitor them for a long, long time.

Various sub committees were formed and the DDA was sent to the SFRA Commission, the Board of Supervisors, other committees, rubber stamped here, there, and every where - and of course Mayor Gavin Newsom was behind this document.

Michael Cohen, Jesse Blout, Mayor Gavin Newsom, Willie L. Brown, the Anderson Crook, Koffi Bonner the weasel, and a host of other crooks think they can fool all the people all the time.

Well, some of us just had a great demonstration - Wednesday, September 27, 2006 against the City Attorney, the City, Mayor Gavin Newsom and of course Lennar BVHP LLC.

This time around many strong organizations are UNITED. I said UNITED and we will take on the crooks and defeat them.

33,000 plus signatures were collected to stop San Francisco Redevelopment from expanding its project area in the Southeast Sector. Marsha Rosen will never ever be able to do anything in the Southeast Sector without the support of the community.

We are well organized and will take the appropriate action in Court and then to any levl to bring about the desired results. You just cannot come into our living rooms and rearrange the funiture.

Jesse Blout, Michael Cohen, Mayor Gavin Newsom, the sell out Proverty Pimps mostly Blacks and Ministers that have bought their religious collars for a dollar - cannot fool all the people all the time. Some are selling the community for bread crumbs.

The City of San Francisco is a Racist City we all know that.

Soon, we will take this matter to City Hall and shut it down. The people have done everything possible attending meetings, writing, speaking, debating, but the CROOKS do not want to listen.

Well, there is only one thing left - shut City Hall down. Get rid of some Supervisors the fore most to go will be Sophie Maxwell. She is a sell out having taken thousands of dollars from developers.
The Ethics Commission knows this and it is time she is called out and sent packing to jail.

Sophie Maxwell a transplant from the Haight Ashbury area should go back where she belongs.

We do not want any sell outs in our community. We especially do not care about Uncle Toms and Poverty Pimps.

Dwayne Jusino, Espanola Jackson, Rodney Hampton are all running against Sophie Maxwell and are respected in the community. Sophie Maxwell is a sell out and on the take.

We have a lot of sellouts in our community - especially those that take money from the City and run some fake Community Based Organizations. These CBOs take their order from City Hall and often work against the community. Young Community Developers is one of them.

We are fully aware of Dwayne Jones and his gimmicks. He is playing with fire. He is now with the Mayor's Office working with millions of dollars from Private Organizations and has formed a non-profit to get millions of dollars in grants - to harm poor people in the Southeast Sector.

For sure Dwayne Jones must be investigated - he was involved with the SLUG scandal, jumped shipped as Director of Young Community Developers, then as Director of the Mayor Office of Community Developement, and now has made his next right in the Mayor's Office but has his den at One South Van Ness. What a crook!

SFRA must go complete with Marsha Rosen and her cronies.

The DDA cannot be amended at short notice without MEANINGFUL DIALOG with the community.

Where is the Press on this one. Where is the Accountability and the Transparency?
