Lennar BVHP LLC now wants to hold an emergency meeting to amend the Disposition and Development Agreement (DDA). They now want to make all of Parcel A and the proposed 1600 homes built in the middle to Chernobyl - all Market Price. Now you all go figure! This is a legal document that cannot be changed without meaningful dialog with the community at large - with several well noticed meetings.
