remember , it is not us who needs to be ''peaceful''. we have been ''peaceful'' most of us , .its not like the types who agree with ''peace'' nedd to chill out. it is the MACHINE that needs to celebrate ''peace'' for themself...

One of the most important questions to those who want real peace and real justice is when to use force. And I have heard a million times "violence begets violence" but don't be fooled. Instead look at history. Every time the peace loving people, of which I am one, lay down their weapons they have been slaughtered. Everytime. Chile's "Revolution by the ballot box" or the first "Revolution without bloodshed"which ended with tens of thousands brutally tortured and slain, tens of thousands 33 years still missing. Despite being warned that his "peaceful revolution" paved the way to facsim" by MIR leader Miguel Enriquez, Allende, was gunned down in the Presidential Palace on September 11,1973. Ironically he was carrying a rifle given to him by Fidel Castro as a message "arm every worker, arm every peasant and farmer." But he didn't and everyone paid with their lives. Read the declassified files of the US led coup and read the testimonies of the victims of US/ Pinochet torture. If the Palestinian People followed what Mr. franti advocated in his Power to the Peaceful bit, they would no longer exist. Millions have died and they don't care like we do, I assure you. Some one said to me once "We are all one people" and I responded that No, we are not. If we were there would be no people dying from war, preventable disease and starvation. They have come up with and manufactured the most diabolical weapons and have used them. They are capable of slavery, torture and genocide. You can Earth Dance, Chant,Pray,Wish Hope and wrap yourself around the globe until they have had just about enough of you .......All power to the peaceful will not happen until The People have control of every weapon and most important when the truly peaceful have control of those humans who do not care about people, the enviroment or animals, only profit. If you think this transformation is going to happen peacefully you are only seving them.....Lisa Roellig
