Crooked developers already tearing down buildings to gentrify the Bayview Hunters Point

by Francisco Da Costa (frandacosta [at] att.net)
Crooked developers are already tearing down buildings without permits and not following the basic health and safety standards. Old buildings have harmful materials like asbestos and the tearing down goes without any watering and dust flying all over the place. Even as the tearing goes down workers without masks work within feet inhaling the dust. No permit signs are posted and the thugs are making hay while the sun shines. I see no leadership in the Bayview to take on the scumbags and SFRA is leading the pack of wolves. Do not ever trust Marciai Rosen the evil woman that heads San Francisco Redelopment Agency in San Francisco and also Sophie Maxwell the inept, dumb, ignorant, and very arrogant Supervisor from District 10.
On 3rd Street the gentrification is on and crooked developers with the blessings of Marcia Rosen are already tearing down buildings. Over 5,000 units are planned all over the Project Area and greedy, blood thirsty developers have lined up to tear down buildings and make money.

The poor and those that need help will be driven out of the Bayview - some will move to 6th Street to live in Single Residency Occupany (SROs) hotels and then move on into oblivion. Most of these poor will be Blacks.

It has happened before in the Fillmore and it will happen if the community does not take the evil doers like Marcia Rosen and Sophie Maxwell a Black sellout to task without wasting time and on a war footing. This is the survival of the Black community and other people of color too.

Other Blacks that belong to the Bayview Hunters Point Project Area Committee (PAC) are sellouts and leading this pack Angelo King. Some thugs that have been to jail - support him. Some took place in the corruption at the SF Airport and these thugs have NOT learnt their lesson.

Sophie Maxwell the District 10 Supervisor must be removed before she sells out the community and what is more destroy it. She is on the take. Sophie is NOT from the Bayview she is transplant and a bad one from Haight Ashbury.

Remember Parcel A on Hunters Point Shipyard. Right now the City's Department Of Public Works is removing old sewer and other infrastructure that is polluted with radiological elements. The constituents of San Francisco are kept in the dark and Mayor Gavin Newsom in playing with fire.

We were told that when the conveyance took place all of Parcel A was clean. Parcel A is NOT clean and so is Parcels B, C, D, E is the worst and then there is F under the Bay.

The City is getting ready with Lennar BVHP LLC to build over 1600 homes in the middle of Chernoby. Lennar is getting ready to build the 49er City. This time the will NOT be able to hood wink the constituents of San Francisco.

All over the Bayview there are over 450 toxic hotspots that the City has not abated, mitigated and cleaned. Now do we expect San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) to do that?

Can anyone trust Marcia Rosen - never. Can anyone trust Sophie Maxwell - not for a quick second. Can anyone trust the SFRA - remember Fillmore!
