Weplayers stages Shakespeare's Tempest under the wild sky of The Albany Bulb, with a processional audience, stilt walkers, dancers, muscians and an ending banquet to bring celebration and attention to the community space. The Bulb is a contested political space theatened by gentrification and realtors. We hope to bring awareness to its beauty and diversity in its present capacity. Wear close-toed shoes and prepare to walk. Free and open to the public.
