Snapshots from the store surveillance videotape during the assault clearly demonstrate that his only resemblance with the suspect comes down to shaved head and facial hair.

Obviously he is not a killer or he would be charged with murder. But is he a robber? We don't know ... but he may be.
what do you mean? all with shaved heads look alike? all robbers look alike? or are you saying he's in some ethnic group?
