Brian Spears was falsely indicted on armed robbery charges on June 5, 2005, in SF Tenderloin District
Brian is in custody at the Hall of Injustice at 850 Bryant St,SF,arraigned on Aug 30 2005.

Snapshots from the store surveillance videotape during the assault clearly demonstrate that his only resemblance with the suspect comes down to shaved head and facial hair.

Brian, if convicted, could face a lengthy sentence, possibly become a lifer... This case is the epitome of the sweeping judicial system racial profiling plaguing San Francisco. If you visit Brian, you will meet a vibrant, wonderful human being, not a killer !

This website is gathering support to Free Brian Spears, framed by the racist PD and correctional system

Next court date Wednesday 9-28, pre-trial hearing at SF Hole of Injustice, 850 Bryant St, Dept. 22 third floor, 9 am.

Unless Brian gets a fair shake of his peers on the jury, they surely will feel that he looks like the suspect.... "they all look alike"....
We need to fill up the court room !
