and DOJ prosecutions of state-legal medical marijuana activity.

show your support and solidarity!

When: 10 am, Tuesday, June 14
What: Press conference to announce resolution showing support for Pelosi to
encourage all house democrats to vote YES on Hinchey, to prevent any federal attacks
on state-legal patients.
Who: Co-sponsoring supervisors and YOU - the affected community!
Why: Reps Hinchey and Rohrabacher will be introducing an amendment to H.R. 2862
- a Department of Justice budget bill, that would not allow them to use their funds
to arrest, prosecute or imprison state-legfal medical marijuana patients or
caregivers. We need to show that SF supports every effort to do so by our elected
officials. Nancy pelosi voted hte right way last year, and leveraged a number of
votes, we want her to know she has the support to step it up a notch.
