Who presents the greatest threat to security in Latin America? Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice says it’s Hugo Chavez of Venezuela. President Chavez says it is the Bush Administration. Who’s right?

Come and see what twenty U.S. citizens, including eleven from the Bay Area, found out. They are all members of a delegation sponsored by Global Exchange and Marin Interfaith Task Force on the Americas, who spent ten days in Venezuela in April.
This event features a visual presentation and eyewitness accounts of what the Venezuelan people call their “Bolivarian Revolution.” The program is scheduled for Tuesday, May 24, 7:30 p.m., at the First United Methodist Church, 9 Ross Valley Drive (at Fourth Street), San Rafael. A $5-10 donation is requested. No one turned away. Refreshments. Wheelchair Accessible. For information 415/924-3227, mitf@igc.org, http://www.mitfamericas.org.
