A rally on the steps of San Francisco's City Hall prompted the atendees to go to each of the Board of Supervisor's offices and lobby for service support. The homeless population has been hard hit by the Newsom budget, and the lack of care in "Care Not Cash" puts the lie to the current plans of the mayor.
