SF medical pot clubs in trouble?
SF supes may soon declare "moratorium" on new medical cannabis clubs. Will SF crack down mechanically, as Oakland did? Or can SF invent a more intelligent system of regulating pot sales?
SF may impose moratorium on new pot clubs?

Mayor & Supes are becoming alarmed by unregulated and untaxed semi-legal trade in SF.
Last month, Supervisor Ross Mirkarimi (of Green Party) said he's studying this problem. Patients who use medical cannabis are saying that real clubs face competition from mercenary merchants who pretend to be clubs.
Months ago, Oakland severely restricted pot clubs, which had multiplied
in "Oaksterdam" area.
Will SF crack down mechanically, like Oakland?
Or can SF create a more intelligent system of regulating pot sales?
