Making Connections: Career Waitresses of San Francisco

Candacy Taylor is a cultural critic, writer and visual
artist who has traveled over 5000 miles documenting
career waitresses and their impact on their
communities. This project uncovers a hidden subculture
of waitresses aged 50-83 years old who have been
dishing out everything from eggs to insults for up to
55 years.
