 Candacy Taylor is a cultural critic, writer and visual  artist who has 
 traveled over 5000 miles documenting  career waitresses and their impact on 
 their  communities. This project uncovers a hidden subculture  of 
 waitresses aged 50-83 years old who have been  dishing out everything from
