I thought the City of San Francisco was in dire financial straits

Our tax dollars are being spent on this. An SFPD officer is shooting video with a uniform on. Is he being paid by a private fund or tax dollars? Kind of sickening to think the only health care I do get is going to be gone, because my tax dollars are paying this cop to shoot video instead of getting me a check up at the public health clinic.
Time to bail out of SF and head for the hills.
