After winning 70% of their demands and making a point of their problems with their workplace, the bosses caved after nearly three days. Three days of trucking is losses in the $10,000s for the company and they could not suffer much more.
A new contract was signed which included the new demands. Overall, worker's solidarity and stregnth won out.
