Sacramento County Jail between March 14, 2000 and June 6, 2003

Now pending in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Sacramento, is a class action lawsuit involving a class of persons defined as those who were booked at the Sacramento County Jail between March 14, 2000 and June 6, 2003 on an infraction or misdemeanor offense or felony offense not involving violence, drugs or weapons and subjected to a strip search before arraignment. You may be eligible to file a Claim Form in this settlement.

Plaintiffs alleged that Defendants violated various state and federal laws by strip searching certain persons at the Sacramento County Main Jail between March 14, 2000 and June 6, 2003.

This is a great victory ofr the common person! just think, the cops can't torture us anymore. I hope that this lawyer covers the whole state of CA. with this law suit! Thanks to all activist who stuck in there
