Bull, et al. v. Sacramento County, et al. -- Strip Search Class Action

Now pending in the Superior Court of the State of California, County of Sacramento, is a class action lawsuit involving a class of persons defined as those who were booked at the Sacramento County Jail between March 14, 2000 and June 6, 2003 on an infraction or misdemeanor offense or felony offense not involving violence, drugs or weapons and subjected to a strip search before arraignment.
