There will be a press conference at City Hall, Polk Street Steps
on Tuesday, April 13, 2004 - 2:00pm.

That's when the Board of Supervisors will be discussing whether or not to certify this election. If you have a chance, please contact your Supervisor and let them know how you feel, and/or show up tomorrow and show your support. This election fiasco affects all voters, not just Greens.

Here is a video clip of a press conference from March 31 that explains it in her words:
http://www.indybay.org/uploads/terry_arrows_sm.mov

Terry Baum received all the necessary write-in votes to get on the November ballot and the Department of Elections declared her victory. Then, a week later, they mysteriously rescinded her victory, saying that voters forgot to connect the arrows, a technicality that wasn't applied to previous elections, disqualifying her from November's race and disenfanchising San Francisco Voters. Voter intent should override all technicalities. Is this what Democracy looks like?

I have been waiting for the day since the horrifying election fraud of June 3, 1967, the 49er Stadium Swindle election, in which we voted 70% No on that Stadium Swindle, and the Dept. of Elections changed it to 50.2% "Yes," for the progressive community of San Francisco to at least picket, if not sit-in, at the Department of Elections. At the drop of a hat, there is a picket line at some consulate or other such entity, about some problem very far from San Francisco, and that same community will have all kinds of criticisms about election fraud in some other country. But when it comes to fascism, also known as election fraud, right here at home, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE.

John Arntz deliberately and willfully violated the law as to instant runoff, which should have occurred in 2003 in the mayor's race, and now claims to intend to comply only due to a court order, telling him to obey already existing law!

This is the Democratic Party's election fraud department and it needs to be exposed and the election fraud must be stopped. We won public power in 2001, Tom Ammiano was elected mayor in 1999 and Matt Gonzalez was elected mayor in 2003. The evidence of election fraud is massive. For the 49er Stadium Swindle election fraud, done in the same manner and by the same people as in 1999 against Tom Ammiano, see http://www.brasscheck.com/stadium

For the Democrats' election fraud in the 1970s, using the CIA front, the People's Temple, see http://www.brasscheck.com/jonestown

Nancy Pelosi, the Democrats' millionaire Standard Oil incumbent, deserves all the opponents possible for Congressional District 8. She has sat there since 1987 promoting the current bankrupt social order. She voted for everything Bush asked for and proclaimed that she stands "shoulder to shoulder" with that Hitler. She was a proud supporter of the fascist, anti-tenant election frauder Willie Brown, is the same of the equally reactionary Gavin Newsom, and always supports the pro-corporate, pro-landlord position. She is of course pro-Israel and for capitalism. This is what is called a "liberal" Democrat. The least anyone can do is never vote for her. As we know, the Democrats exist to keep the Reds and Greens out of office, and that is good enough reason to never vote for any registered Democrat at any level.

The Democratics are losing it.

What is Nancy Pelosi really scared of? An actual debate on issues? On her abysmal voting record?

Why has John Artnz taken Terry off the ballot after he let her on? Who called him? Where is the pressure on him coming from?

We need to have a crowd at the next elections commission meeting and demand Artnz be fired.

This all went down at 4:30 PM on a Monday. John Arntz supposedly wasn't there. And just where the hell was our faithful public servant during business hours on a Monday?I suspect he was in a smoke-filled room.

This is a reaction of a peon-brained government that NEEDS CHANGE!
This has to be done from the inside out.
I need documentation of my arrest. Do you have any more photos of me? I would greatly appreciate getting to see them.
