In this Workshop Intensive we will:
Change your relationship to food and body image. Develop a more loving attitude towards yourself and your sexuality.

Break free of domestication and ingrained wounding around body image, sexuality food and self!

Learn movement and breath to help you emerge into ecstasy. Practice ancient rituals and healing techniques in a supportive community of women. 12- 5 pm at the Healdsburg Yoga and Movement Studio.

Free yourself from shame, self-limiting beliefs and other blocks to your natural creativity!
All workshops include tantric vedic, and yogic practice; ritual; Toltec and shamanic practices with
careful attention and respect to personal boundaries.
