 Intensive we will:   Change your relationship to food and body image. 
 Develop a more loving attitude towards yourself and your sexuality.   Break 
 free of domestication and ingrained wounding around body image, sexuality 
 food and self!   Learn movement and breath to help you emerge into ecstasy. 
 Practice ancient rituals and healing techniques in a supportive community 
 of women. 12- 5 pm at the Healdsburg Yoga and Movement Studio.   Free 
 yourself from shame, self-limiting beliefs and other blocks to your natural 
 creativity!   All workshops include tantric vedic, and yogic practice; 
 ritual; Toltec and shamanic practices with   careful attention and respect

 teacher, Isis is committed to guiding others through the awakening of deep 
 truth residing in their bodies and spirits. She teaches   passionate yoga 
 throughout the Bay Area. An Astrologer,  Shamanic Healer and Flower Essence 
 Practitioner, Isis is the creator of the Isis Essences   line of gem 
 elixirs, flower, environmental and angelic essences. Isis teaches Dark 
 Shakti, Female Sexuality and Power, a series of workshops for women 
 reclaiming their bodies, sexual and spiritual selves selves to play and
