(This event is an NAACP dinner.) We are targeting the city council people who passed this ordinance, including the Rev. Charles Belcher, who is the organizer of the dinner and a city council member who voted to criminalize the homeless. . We are also fraternally and sisterlly asking the participants of the NAACP to talk some sense into the arrogance of the city council... ================ ALSO: 2/14/02 The Homeless hearts are broken! Come to the Richmond Public Safety Subcomittee to condemn the criminalization of the homeless in Richmond. These are the City Council members most responsible for this ordinance.
