 will have a 2nd and larger sign reading "Homelessness is not a Crime" 
 \n\nps. Let's remember we are NOT targeting the NAACP.  (This event is an 
 NAACP dinner.)\n     We are targeting  the city council people who passed 
 this ordinance, \n     including the Rev. Charles Belcher, who is the 
 organizer of the dinner \n     and a city council member who voted to 
 criminalize the homeless. \n. \n     We are also fraternally and sisterlly 
 asking the participants of the \n     NAACP to talk some sense into the 
 arrogance of the city council... \n \n================ \nALSO:  
 2/14/02\n\nThe Homeless hearts are broken! \n\nCome to the Richmond Public 
 Safety Subcomittee to condemn the criminalization of the homeless in 
 Richmond.   These are the City Council members most responsible for this 
 ordinance.\nCome to demand the Repeal of the ordinance that prohibits 
 sleeping \nin public ANYWHERE in the Whole of Richmond. \n\n2600 Barret
