Richmond Museum of History, 400 Nevin Avenue in Richmond, CA. (between MacDonald and Barrett Avenues at 4th St. 12? blocks west of Richmond BART)

Demonstrate against the new Richmond anti-sleeping ordinance that prohibits camping equipment in public, sleeping in a vehicle, etc. LET's get together at this location on Sunday Feb 3rd. at 1:30 pm and stay until 4:00 pm. What do you all think? Let's have a show of hands: Who can commit to come? Let's "Dare to Dream" a Richmond Where Homeleness is not Criminalized! Let bring friend, whistles, drums, ... It will be repealed.. Shame on the host, Mindell Penn, for being so cruel... let's do this.
