Demonstrate against the new Richmond anti-sleeping ordinance that prohibits camping equipment in public, sleeping in a vehicle, etc.
LET's get together at this location on Sunday Feb 3rd. at 1:30 pm
and stay until 4:00 pm. What do you all think?
