Keep BART running late
Keeping bart running late is essential, other major cities do it; why can't the bay area?
There is a petition circulating to keep Bart running until 3AM, which would help reduce drunk driving casualties, lessen traffic congestion, and dramatically increase bart ridership on Friday and Saturday nights.
I think it's pretty obvious that this is a good idea that has been pushed away too long.
