POLICE VIOLENCE AT Santa Cruz CRITICAL MASS!!

whilst peacefully riding down california street (between 60 and 80 cyclists)
two motorcycle cops singled out a rider, cutting off several other cyclists in
the process. "Blue Beard" was pulled off his bike and chased across bay street
to the top of Neary Lagoon. When other cyclists arrived he was face down on
the ground and badly injured. there were at lest five police around him, none
of whom would allow us to see if he was alright.

Meanwhile, the polece tried to dismount at least three more cyclists, all of
whom were doing nothing wrong!! Radio free Santa Cruz and KZSC were called and
after much debate an ambulance was paged to take Blue Beard to the hospital.
