At the Jan. 8th SF Police Commission hearing, Thurgood Marshall students and other community members spoke out against racist harrassment, searches and assaults by police, which disproportionately target blacks and latinos. Enrique, a City College student and long-time Mission resident, discusses how the city could reign in police "gangs" by banning random searches.
